So, now I am still waiting for the final and most important part, the server...
As I was told last week friday (almost a week ago), the server was
fully assembled and after successful testing the server would ship in
th weekend. Big was my surprise when I phoned on wednesday and found
out it was still at alternate. Apparently there are some problems.
The main reason for ordering the server pre-built was to avoid the risk
of me assembling a PC for the first time and breaking something, but
now I am thinking that I probably should have ordered the individual
parts and assembled it myself. Anyway, it looks like the server will
arrive next week. Ok, I will just phone them tomorrow and ask them what
the status is and if it's still not shipped, it will be time for them
to tell me what's really going on.
